Shipping update

Dear backers,

Although we are on schedule for manufacturing there was a delay in us receiving funds from Kickstarter which resulted in around a 10 day delay.  Everything looks good and delivery for shipping is scheduled for the first week of October.  We apologize for the extra wait, but we have prepared everything to make shipping out smooth and can't wait for you to receive them.

Important: Mailing Address Needed. Survey is Live!

Dear Backers,

It’s survey time!

As previously mentioned, we’ll be collecting your address info using the Backerkit service. You should be receiving a link to your survey in an email from Backerkit.

Please visit Backerkit and complete the survey so that we can know where to send your pledge reward gifts.  Be sure that you go all the way to the "Completion" page. Incomplete surveys don't reach us (even if you've entered your address).

If the email doesn’t arrive, you can search your “spam” or “junk” folders, or you can try this general link to look up your pledge.  You can always reach us at [email protected] and we'll be happy to help in any way we can.

Without the Backerkit survey, Kickstarter will not share any of your mailing info with us, so the survey is very important. The survey deadline is set for early October, and we’d like to start shipping as soon as possible.   

Add-Ons

If you increased your pledge during the campaign, you’ll be able to apply those funds to any of our items in the Backerkit Add-On Store. Shipping charges will be applied per item.

Don’t worry if you forgot to increase your pledge during the campaign. You can still add items onto your order at discounted Kickstarter prices. Extra funds can be added through Backerkit.

If You Are Placing a Large Order

Please note that we’ve created savings bundles to provide the most accurate international shipping rates. Ordering multiple add-ons will stack your shipping costs. If you have a large order, we might be able to reduce your shipping costs based on the estimated parcel weight class. If you are interested in ordering multiple add-ons, and would like to request a revised shipping quote, please email us at [email protected] before completing your Backerkit order. We’ll be happy to take a look.

Survey Update

Dear Backers,

We are almost ready to send out the surveys.  It does take a little time for Kickstarter to release the pledge funds, and we just received them.  Manufacturing can now start! We're excited!  We are still on schedule for shipping later this month. 

Many backers have inquired about add-ons and purchasing more Nopes, they will be available in our Backerkit surveys.  Backerkit is a great tool to help us organize all of your shipping details and allows us to extend the Kickstarter rewards.  Look out for details in the next few days!

Add-Ons | New Rear Phone Camera Blockers | Sound Update

Aloha backers!

Almost 5000 backers.  Thank you so much.  We're totally excited to get the new Nope manufactured and shipped out to everyone!

Add-ons now available

We have done a few other successful projects on Kickstarter and were offering those same great products again to you at the same Kickstarter discounts.    Simply scroll down on the project page to see the add-on offerings.  Currently we have the Neutron S, Neutron A, and Dundabunga.  

Rear Phone Camera Blocker

We're hoping to introduce a rear camera blocker for phones tomorrow. 

Sound Blockers

As you may know we've been working on blocking sound for most devices.  We're still in the development and with the only 6 days left in this project it looks like we'll not be able to showcase during this time, but we're working hard for the best possible solutions.
